Back Window Leak

Any ideas on how to fix the back window from squeaking and leaking. Ta
Oh without replacing please

Haven't had any leakage problems, but the VERY annoying squeaking was solved by rubbing the rubber with silicon gel/lubricant. Silent now!

I've heard that KY jelly does the trick!
