I can only drive with my left foot. I have seen a Tuscan I like. Is there an auto box suitable to replace the Borg T5 the a simple job to move the throttle to the left.

I am only speaking from cars I have owned the ZF https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/ZF_8HP_transmissio... as fitted to most JLR, VAG, Ford’s etc would be a strong contender. It has many variants and is a superb gearbox.
I don’t know about the practicalities but I’m guessing you will need a pretty capable engineer to carry out the conversion.
Good luck if you decide to go for it and I hope it works out for you

First of all, 116 months till your first post is excellent lurking!

Secondly, I think you'll find it hard to tune an auto to suit the Tuscan's engine. You might find it easier to go with an existing solution.
There are firms that automate clutches for hand control conversions ( Hand Control)
Alternatively, you could fit a US crate engine and gearbox combination. There's a big market, and a lot of them have an independent wiring harness so you can install them in almost anything ( Chevy 350 and gearbox)

Must have sold my caterham 116 months ago.
Lion Systems do a press button clutch system that is of interest but I was intested in what autos may fit. As I understand the torque characteristics of the straight six may suit.

Think it is a bit tight in the tunnel also the bell housing is unique. Worth giving Jason a call, he will know if anyone does.

Most likely need an electronically controlled auto box, Lexus springs to mind as there are quite a few of them available (usually behind 1UZs or 3UZs that get used in drift cars so the box is surplus) although fat at the bottom like most autos so the exhausts will be squeezed out... they would be programmable although you may need signals from the engine ECU so yet another problem/cost.
