Door will not open. Press the release button and you can hear all the right sounds but the door will not pop open. If i keep presing the wing mirror button and pull on the door ican get it to open. Any one help please. Thank you.
If the window is dropping & the door is trying to open, but does no clear the catch, it's possible that the door has dropped slightly on it hinges & needs adjusting.
Hi Stephen, have you tried pulling on the red handle inside the car this may kick start it back into action, otherwise sounds like a loose conection on the solenoid to me had the same thing on a chim years ago. You have to get in and check the connection. A bit fiddley. Roge
Thank you Nick. Door did need adjusting. Got the carpet in the footwell off so i could get to the bottom hinge loosend off the allen bolts adjust and tighten up. Job done.
