Subtitled.... You lucky Northern peeps!!!
Modesty :D will prevent unrepentant from telling the tale so I will.
About time we had a positive fun post.
Having sampled unrepentant and Kim, Mrs U's, hospitality, he took us across the Yorkshire Dales to get to Blackpool. What a fantastic drive for a Tuscan. So many twisty roller coaster type experiences, but so much fun. I wanted to see the scenery so let my butler Tony drive and it was fantastic. You do not get roads like this in Kent. Speed is great, but just the ammount of gear changing, acceleration and braking is IMHO what driving is about.
Two Tuscans belting around the Dales, brilliant !!!
Then we hit the motorway..
A red Porsche, 911 shape but not sure which model, was moving at a good pace and making very loud turbo noises. Later we agreed it was one of the loudest we had heard.
In Northern fashion ,unrepentant took after it like a whippet. We chased after, but yep, hands up, thoughts of licence removal made us pull back slightly when we reached Shuttle type velocity. Unrepentant chased him down and left us to pick up the pieces.
In fairness the guy was a very good sort and gave us the thumbs up as we exited towards Blackpool.
This was a Tuscan moment, and some of the most fun driving I have experienced for ages.
Only in a Tuscan!!!!!!!
Great, Paul.

Disgraceful behaviour showing this kind of behaviour on a public road.
Well done
I had a great tour last weekend with the TVRCC Cumbria region over the Northern Dales, just west of the lakes. Then on the way back, we got stuck on the M6 coming south - so detoured right across the Trough of Bowland. 250 miles with my new Sagaris exhaust singing the S6 song. Absolutely fantastic day.

Speeds up to and including 70 mph were involved but no higher. Your honour.
It was a 911 Turbo but the noise was incredible. When it was in front it was like following a WWII Spitfire and the bangs on the overrun were like cannon shells. Great fun.
Oi Oxbow! Behave yourself or I'll get Cider with Cerbie to operate on you. (And he's a lady doctor)

No, not just yet!
I have acquired a brand new set of Sagaris pipes, that just happen to be the same diameter as the Tuscan cans. They sound great - giving the Tuscan a burbling noise more reminiscent of my old Chim, just alot louder. I have decided to get into Sagaris ownership bit by bit - starting with this exhaust, and finishing with the engine
. Wouldn't say no to a Sagaris for the driving experience, but couldn't do it on account that the roof does not come off. That's part of the TVR fun for me.
