This evening I saw my Tuscan disappear into the sunset with its new owner at the helm.

I'm kinda sad, yet relieved that it will no longer be another problem waiting to happen.

Of course I'm going to miss it terribly once the shock and numbness wear off, but bigger considerations meant it had to go. I'll miss the noise, the excitement, the stupendous performance, the outrageous looks, the 'exorcist' moments from pedestrians and other drivers, the fun, the noise (have I mentioned that already?). Oh feck, what have I done...

What I won't miss are the big bills, the worry about even bigger bills, and the extreme sense of disappointment with TVR over how they treat their customers.

I don't know if I'll return to TVR at any point in the future - if I do I think only a Griff could tempt me back.

But... bugger - I'm gonna miss that car. :weeping:

Here's hoping the sacrifice will be more than worth it.

I think I'm going to cry.........

Sorry to hear you've had to let it go, but glad to hear you had some good times with it.

To take his mind off the initial pain I am going to get him drunk and take him to bed

Being totally TVRless is kinda odd though...like not remembering whether you locked your front door when you went out this morning.
