Tuscan undertray bell mouth
Discussion
Something simple and another thing tidied up.
I removed my front stainless steel undertray this winter to tidy up the underside, clean away some oil and do a bit of painting. I found the bell mouth, the original plastic one that feeds air to the air box via the 100mm rubber hose, was quite damaged. Epoxy glue and reinforced tape didn't look pretty. So a look online and Motaclan (B1594) sell the equivalent in stainless for ~£55. Too much for a simple item for me. I found a suitable 100mm stainless ducting flange from Amazon for ~£10. The diameter of the flange is 140mm, same as the original plastic one.

Original tray

New bell mouth

Neat enough for the undertray. Now to tackle all those sheared off M10 bolts that are meant to hold it up to the chassis.
