Hi there,
Does anyone know where I can buy just the socket to mate with the jump socket on the nearside chassis of my series 1 Tuscan.
I know that Demon Tweeks sell both the grey and red pairs of sockets but am unsure of which model to buy.
I would like to make up my own leads with heavy duty battery clips and a long lead length.
Can anyone advise me whereto buy the correct socket. I do not mind buyingthe pair,
thanks,

Its a Durite O-431-75 175amp plug/socket.
I bought one from local auto elect suplier(Lincoln), he had them on the shelf so i assume they are fairly common. He fitted it to a set of jump leads for me so job done. £25ish. Pretty essential to have a jump lead set with the car, just incase!! D.

But if your battery goes flat, how are you going to get to behind the passenger seat ?
