Hi,
I've just joined PH and the TVRCC in order to learn as much as poss about the Tuscan before I part with my cash.
You may be asking, what the hell has this got to do with the topic title? Well, I'm a keen ebayer and noticed that a complete Tuscan front end with 2 part bonnet, windscreen, indicators and fans is for sale. It is purlescent purple and currently at £150 - seems a bargain.

The address is: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/T-V-R-TUSCAN-complete-front-en

I thought there maybe someone out there interested.

I wouldn't recommend buying this to repair your damaged Mk1 Tuscan as it is the original motorshow prototype mock-up Tuscan. Therefore the panels would not fit a 'standard' production Tuscan. It would make an interesting sofa or piece of 'artwork' for your garage! Ideal Christmas present for the man who has everything!! Best regards to all. Tony

Hi Snaz (or should we call you daddy fresh?).

This seems to have come from the TMS sale?

I see Hughsie is leading the bidders. Christmas present for Mrs Hughsie?

Hi guys,

I was looking at this front end on Ebay, which may not be a good thing.....

I have a MK1 2000 Tuscan with front end damage. Could you guys who know much more about Tuscan's than me advise if this front end will fit my car. I've read hexhamhc's comment this is not a good move and will not fit, I have no doubt hexhamhc is correct but could some other members please advise on this?

If this will not fit does anyone know where the best place to get a front end from? Does anyone know of any good breakers or spares places. I believe the front pod is basically the front halves of the wing (draw a line at 12o'clock above the wheel). Is this correct?

Any help would be very greatly appreciated.

Cheers, Jason

IMO it would be great if someone *did* put that front end on a crashed tuscan .. the motorshow pre-prod version was by far the most beautiful looking .. somehow wider lower and more eleganmt lookingj than the proper production versions ..

agree it wouud make a great "flat fixture" ..
