petrol smell

when my tuscan is full of fuel there is no smell of petrol but whenn it half empty an i open the window there is a smell of petrol but when i fill it up it goes away is this normal or do you think there is a proplem as i am new to this just starting to use the car iwill pripelly be posting a lot hop not to be but you never now

i had the same thing when i first got mine. in my case it was a breather pipe, its infront of the front drivers side wheel, mine was pushed up inside the wing so the fumes would occasionaly seep into the car. just have a look and pullthe pipe down. worth a try see if that solve it.
