Anybody had the issue with the rear screen making squeeky noises when its damp. What have people done to combat this, apart from wiping around the seals? I'm thinking about putting something between the screen and the rubber. Maybe a waterprrof material.
Any ideas would be gratefully accepted.

The velcro is in place at the top of the screen, but I'll give the lubricant a shot in the morning. Thanks

try rubbing a water based lubricant on the seals, it worked for me but needs re-doing every few weeks!

In addition to the velcro on the top of the screen and using the silicon based seal spray, I also found the screen catches to boot lid would also cause squeaking so have also fitted some velcro on the outside of these:

Also a bit of velcro on the inside of the catch gives a tighter fit & prevents the screen from moving.
