Just had car serviced last week and everything seems fine. Tonight I pulled out of the drive and went about 200 yards then Code L came on car stuttered and went dead - started again evntually then got back to driveway - car was idling at 600 then dies.

I've had a code L & touch wood it's never cut out

C - Water not activating zero switch/switch failed/open circuit

D - Water not releasing zero switch/switch failed/short to earth

E - Fuel not activating zero switch/switch failed/open circuit

F - Fuel not releasing zero switch/switch failed/short to earth

G - Water temperature sensor input open circuit

H - Air temperature sensor input open circui

I - Oil temperature sensor input open circuit

J - Oil presure sensor input open circuit

K - Fuel level sensor input open circuit

L - Erratic road speed signal input
