Locked out of car - how do i open it?

Guys - same problem as last weekend with the battery and was going to get a charger on it today. Again battery has fully discharged and so I cannot get in to the car let alone try and solve the problem! Does anyone know how to get into the car if there is no power? ARe there external releases etrc that can help?
