Tuscan Convertible..really noisey in Targa config

Picked my convertible up on Thursday , so first fine day, had to try it with the roof off...until it started raining again. But when traveling at 80mph on the motorway, what a hell of noise from the rear roofy bit, it was making a really flapping banging noise (thought the persex rear window was going to burst) had to slow down even though I was only doing 3000 revs. My Chim was never as bad , anybody else noticing this ????
I must say other than that the car is absolutely wonderful, as they say can't take the grin off my face.(It's the Dogs!!)

Just driven all the way back from newcastle with the targa top off ,speeds of up to, xxxxxx and no overpowering noise at all, went to croft on wed speeds of over 140 very little noise.
