Hi

I need to get hold of a pair of the side bits for the roof for my Tuscan.

Can anyone help? This is delaying getting my car back done up for the summer TVR as not responding quickly enough for me.

Thanks

Dave

You could try the breakers like Bell Hill and Douglas Valley. I'm not sure that TVR will still be able to produce the Mk1 3 piece roof.

Im also waiting to replace one of these trim pieces. picked my car up 2 weeks ago and it parted way on the way home!
At least the sun is out and the roof is in the boot. But there seems to be a delay getting hold of these.

If i find anything out (thats of more use), i'll drop you a post.

Thanks for replies.

So far I best I have been offered is a replacement roof from the breakers.

I need these for middle of next week, hopefully someone will have some?

I don't think it took long for TVR to move to the 1 piece design so probably not that many cars with the 3 piece roof. How much do the breakers want for the complete roof?

PS, is the 1 piece roof interchangable with the 3 piece?

As far as I'm aware the early 1 piece should fit as I think the locking mechanism is the same. The factory retro fitted them to some early cars to cure leaking. You'll probably have to mess about a bit to get the window alignment right etc.
