no side lights

Help!
Was fiddling with my cigarette lighter connections the other day and now my side ligHts front and rear are no longer working!
I have checked all the fuses, but none are blown. Does anyone have any idea's on where to look next.

Also does anyone have a list of which fuses are for what?????
