got the car back yesterday from racing green and it looks great, had the new toyo tyrs fitted and the geometery done and the cars transformed.
it used to skit and track all over the road before now its like its on rails..
worried sick about kerbing and pot holes thoe.. but the wheels put the car in a diff league, they really set of the met blue body.
oh and martin at racing green could not do enough.. really nice guy.
well happy

Hi Guys,

Ok, you've called it "Smoked Chrome". Its actually a Gunmetal Chrome colour, but to avoid confusion we've decided to stick with "Smoked Chrome" for the moment.

Those of you who haven't seen it yet will definitely like it lick.
We'll take s photo tomorrow and post it so you can see how they look clap.
The price is £95 + VAT per wheel, which includes the tyre swop and balancing.

By the way, if you would like to see them for real, we are having a "Doors Open" day at Racing Green on Thursday 28th December. We thoughtg that you would probably need a break from xmas and might quite fancy a driving out by then.

We'll be open from 10:00 to 16:00 and I am sure we will be able to rustle up some mince pies and mulled wine etc. We expect to have a 2007 Tuscan on display, plus a serious 7.0 litre Mosler and plenty of other TVRs - as well as classic and modern Jaguars. Darren from Driving Adventures will be here to preview our Driving Tour to Monaco next May. In addition, John from Ride Drive will also be on hand to explain the courses they offer to improve skill behind the wheel.

I will repeat this last part of the post on "Events, Meeting and Travel" under the title "Racing Green - Doors Open on 28 Dec", and would ask you please to post a response there if you plan on coming so that I don't under cater !!

Best Regards
Chas

yer sorry guys
only just got back from me le mans trip for new year so took pics while away and here they are.
as for the stereo upgrade its a 7"motorised screen that comes out of head unit when required.never know it was their when not on.all fits in standard pod with no mods.sub is behind passenger seat and all bass is taken out of speakers via set up on head unit so you can crank vol to max with no distortion through orig speakers at all.
head unit is currently on offer at halfords for £299 was over£500 and the amp/sub is around 140.. fitting was easy enough.
it all paid off after a 3hr sprint back to catch the ferry with out the car missing a beat once and handling superb on the new toyos and fresh geometry at silly speeds, only to find it delayed.
so we grabed a coffee sat back in the long queue and watched a film in the car with the cenima effect sound and totaly relaxed.
