Can anyone tell me the proper ride height for a 4ltr Tuscan Mk1?

No idea but have had mine adjusted at dealers on various occasions due the the rears rubbing against the wheel arch. I was told and remember the measurements to the front and rear of the outriggers to be 115 and 125 mm respectiviely - but that may be for the Chimeara. Basically I'm not a lot of use am I

I'm sure someone will have a definitive set of measurements although those on adjustable shocks will have something completely different to anyone else.

Thanks Bob, that gives me some idea at least.

I was told that only 'S' and Red Rose cars had adjustables, but my 4 ltr has adjustable spring platforms! Springs have TVR on them. Seems if anything mine is too high up.

Funny you should mention this, I was in car park with numerous other mark 1 Tuscans last month and noticed mine visibly sat higher on it's suspension than all others. I intend getting under it hopefully this Saturday so will let you know if I find anything different from standard.

The ride heights and suspension setups vary a lot on Tuscans. My previous Tuscan was parked up next to a MK2 S at the dealers and mine was approximately 50mm lower when looking at the boot height.

When I had the Nitrons fitted the ride height was set the same as previous standard suspension although I can’t remember the exact height I recall the front to rear difference was advised as 10mm.
