Handbrake Gaiter Renewal

I'm about to change my tired looking handbrake gaiter for a nice new leather one. Before I start, is it a complicated centre console strip-down to get to it? If so, where do I start?

It's a simple job. Three screws - 2 visible at front, 1 in rear tunnel vent. Lift off panel after removing gearknob/handbrake handle with allen key.
Remove old gaiter. Contact adhesive. Stick new one on. About 30 mins in total. Did mine 2 weeks ago.
