indicators(do they have their own ecu/black box)

hi indicators have stopped working checked fuses,relay,bulbs still nowt do they have their own black box as they did in cerbera if so were is it.also when i checked the fuses theres a 3 pin plug and a 2pin plug one is for the diagnostics i think whats the other for and should it be pluged in cheers
