Tuscan Improvements....
Discussion
As you may have guessed by my recent threads, I have decided to restore my Tuscan to absolutely immacualte condition. The car is fors ale and doesnt seem to be in a hurry to leave me so I though I would finally do all those things I wanted to do and really enjoy it.
I have had a rebuild 200 miles ago, bought new seats which are perfect and have a planned clutch change at the 1k service. What I want now is for everything else to fall into place. I have been intouch with someone about getting my alloys refirbed and could now do with some help pointing me in the direction of:
1. Someone who can make my carpets and pannels look like new;
2. A good price for some touch up spraying ( few stone chis on inspection pannel etc );
3. Get my hands on a new rear screen and;
4. A suitably priced wax oil.
Any help would be really appreciated as I'm sure there is a wealth of experience out there with these matters to share and perhaps a similar style sticky would be a winner for the future Ted
Thanks

Racing Green should be able to help with the waxoil and some interior improvements, as they have a well-respected body shop, although worth noting;
- not sure if you are anticipating a full interior replacement (app £1k from what i am told), but cleaning up or replacing parts of carpet or panels/leather can be a challenge due to historical sunbleaching/simple wear. The carpet fibres in particular are, in my experience, buggers to clean properly and always retain some minor element of discolouration over time.
- I struggled to find anyone locally in the southern counties who could do some good interior leather repairs due largely to the original construction of the car. It appears not so simple to remove and reattach/replace some leather (such as the rear bulkhead area), as the leather can tend to shrink somewhat and may be glued poorly originally making its removal tough.
Am keen to see the responses to this thread as I have considered replacing the interior in total a number of times.

How much was your rear screen, do you have the contact details? I'm having problems with my rear screen because it takes ages to line it up so there are no gaps around the top edge and sides, then when I take it out for a spin the bloody screen drops slightly and leaves gaping holes at the top. On my previous Tuscan I popped the screen in and I didn't have much bother lining it up either.
