Still no word from BRSCC. I guess theyre still busy at the Autosport show, I expect to hear from them tomorrow, the girl I spoke to seemed really interested about the idea, so fingers crossed...at the worst case scenario, we can all park up in the car park!! Hopefully we will get a bit more than that tho.
If I do it tho I want to open it up to all Speed Sixes, as I've already had an email form a certain Typhon owner wanting to come all the way from up in the highs of Scottie land, so its only fair, bigger the better I think

Paul

Hopefully you will hear from them soon.

I suppose if its just Tuscans then we can piggy back on another event like the racing etc (on the basis there might be 30 or 40 of us).

If we open up to all Speed Sixes (which is fine by me, it will certainly increase numbers and make it bigger) then due to the numbers involved would we be better with our own event rather than piggy backing. For example if people are travelling down or parking there will be competion for rooms /spaces from none speed six people (just going to the races)or do you think there would be enought space etc for the whole speed six brigade.

Of course a new name would be needed - Sexy Speed Sixes!, Speed Six at TVRs 60th etc

Cheers

Main reason for joining is that the T in T440 and T400, and then on to Typhon, stands for Tuscan.
As you can see from the photo.

I'll be coming down from Aberdeen as well (convoy Richard?). How about Croft at Darlington for a hoon about? There's plenty of nice villages around there for the evening meet side of things or how about Newcastle for a night out? We could cruise the quayside...

Get HHC interested and we could have some technical advice there as well.

My plans before Xmas were always for all speed sixes, but as Graham says this would exclude him! Oh balls I dunno :S Graham, you'll be there anyway wont you, as you'll be racing?
My previous plans were to have a trophy for each model then one for the best of all as I was calling it Speed Six Showdown!?, could amend it to Sexy Six Showdown?

Silverstone said they had space for 120 in the middle of the circuit and she seemed to like the idea of it! But lets not get our hopes up eh !

A nice medium sized Hotel where we all can stay...Have a nice evening meal , a chin wag and a few beers. Some where with nice roads for a run out, away from towns..So my suggestions would be:-
Lake District...On the banks of Windermere
Cotswolds....Stow or Broadway
North Wales
or possibly South Coast (Brighton/Bournemouth)
If we do it before the holiday season starts we might get reduced prices on Hotels ,for the number involcved.

Sounds good Keith.

Certainly 40 or 50 Tuscans in such attractive locations would give us some great photos/ videos
