I've had an "incident" with a speed bump which resulted in damage to the front splitter of my Tuscan S. Where in London (or the near vicinity) can I get this replaced and how much is it likely to cost?

Ok. Another one to add to the list. Wait until you see the SP6 carbonfibre aibox that we've just prototyped.....

Details from Tim at ACT soon.

I bought a replacement one for mine from Fiberon and replaced it myself. Cost me about 100 quid. Very simple job too.

The replacement would go up to the arch edge and be a damn sight more sexy looking than the 'plank'

We are debating the best way to get the new shape produced for moulding at the moment.

I just want my car back after 3 months of winter mods (carbon airbox, one piece bonnet, alloy rad, silicone hoses, polished tanks, powedercoated rocker box, clifford alarm, etc, etc).

Once I get it back then we will take the necessary measurements and photos and get a prototyped made up. We tend not to use CAD, but build up the shape to the desired profile and then take a mould.

Its vitally important that you take into account the significant amount of extra downforce generated by a larger area splitter.

How do you intend to strengthen the splitter mountings to accomodate this?
