Tuscan MK1 Replacing headlight bulb ??

Sorry to sound like Dumbass,

Is it any affair to replace the main / dip & sidelight bulbs. Thinkin of changin to the newer Blue Xenon type.
A very stupid step by step , im really thick description would be great !! thats if it can be done !
