Tuscan II prices!!

I am considering a Tuscan II S. Prices seem to vary quite considerably. I am looking at two, both similar spec and low mileage. Both could have 18 months independant warrantees. One is a dealer, one private. The dealer is willing to lower the price and give the warranty. The private seller could not match the dealers price with the 18 month warranty but has, to me, the better colour car. The price difference could be as much as £2000.
What sort of price would you expect to pay max, for a 2005 Tuscan II S with AC, 6-8000 miles 18" alloys and 18 months warranty?

Both good colours but one more desirably loud. Thanks.

"Factory" warranty or independant provider?

Just out of interest, what are the colours?

Independant provider, one would be dream machines with wear and tear, the other a lloyds policy so the salesman tells me.
The colours are black and chameleon orange.They are both targas not convertibles by the way
