Will this tyre width fit the rear of the tuscan?

They certainly won't fit on the standard rims. I suspect that even with a higher offset wheel you'd struggle for them to fit:
1) Outboard it would be very tight against the arch
2) Inboard it would cerainly foul the exhaust strap bracket (albeit prob not the most difficult thing to modify), if not the inner "arch liner"
3) The rolling circumference would be increased substantially: gearing, adds to clearance issues
