Rear screen blow out

On the way home from work in the early hours of this morning, my rear screen popped out The TVR agents here in SA have closed down. Can anyone help with where to get one from in the UK? Also, I have seen on some old threads, that there were some blue tinted ones floating around. Anyone know if they are still available, where from.

TVR Power would possibly have them in stock

The blue tint ones were available a few years ago from another PH member, but more recently Ciceley Continal had some made.

same thing happened to me about 6 months ago. had one on order with local dealer and still hasn't shown up so ended up seaching the classifieds till one turned up, think there are a couple on there at the minute actually

Same happened to me October last year. I got mine from Kerridges near Ipswich, but I know that Leven Technology have them in stock both tinted and standard

I had a blue one fitted to my Tuscan and it looked
good with it being a GTS blue one. I also still have
the original one if anyone wants it ? Dont want to mess
round trying to post it due to awkward size but if anyone
wants to collect from Wigan Lancs they are welcome to it.
Has the usual scratches but would do as a spare.

how does this happen out of interest? were you going fast with the roof off but screen in? i can feel and hear the pressure building up when I do this so don't push it. I also wonder what would happen if I opened the window at high speed.

According t most ppl, yes I was travelling fast (about 280km/h). The roof was on and the drivers window open. I did however still have the old style rear screen in, which I know did not fit very snugly.

Sadly it has happened to me in my Mk2.... roof on, windows up and only doing a little over NSL on the M40.... raised the heart rate a bit!
