My Tuscan is due a service in April. It's been serviced by Racing Green to date - no complaints at all (excellent in fact) but a little pricey. I was thinking of switching to an indie specialist. A number of people at the Herts/Beds TVRCC recommended Sebring International in Cambridgeshire. I have also heard a lot of good things about Dave Batty from The Garage in Crawley. Neither are particularly close to me (Herts) but I've no problem making the journey to get my p&j looked after properly. I know everyone has their favourite indie but I'm really just interested in these two for the moment.

Has anyone got any good or bad experience of either or both and an idea of cost? Any negative comments please email me off line (don't want to offend Ted and Co.)

Thanks.

Can highly recommend Sebring, in fact my Tuscan is current with them for its 12,000 mile service. They also look after my Griff.
Very reasonable prices as well, see their website for servicing menu at www.sebringinternational.co.uk
Matt is a top bloke, always has time for you and always takes time to go through what he has done when you collect the car. Has had many years experience in TVR dealerships and knows his stuff.
Give him a call and have a chat with him, I`m sure that you would not be disappointed.
Think they also offer a courtesey car as well if needed.

Not sure if Mid Bucks is too far for you, but i can highly recommend TopCats who are between Aylesbury and Bicester.

I can highly recomend Sebring. Matt is a good guy and if he doesnt know finds out rather than guesses. I have mine serviced their and he also organised my rebuild. I have found them very user friendly.

Just got mine back from Matt at Sebring. As has been said above, he does know his stuff and currently he's the only one working on the cars so you know it's being looked after. Very reasonable prices and a fair approach to charging (e.g. he charged me less than the agreed price of a job as it took less time to do than it normally would). Will definitely be going back.
