Dash blower vent re-fitting

Strange thread title but couldnt think of a better way to describe it.

The left blower vent behind the steering wheel has become dislodged and is pushed right in. Does anyone knows the best way to fix it back in place? Do I need to undo the steering wheel covering to gain access to it?

Thanks Tony I guess that it must be a pretty rare thing to happen - the blower vent dislodging that is.

I've got to get a new windscreen wiper intermittent switch - my current one has broken - so it looks like I will be taking off the dash covering anyway so I can have a look then.
