I took delivery of my 07 plate Tuscan S Targa today driving , all thanks to the fine work of the lads over at Dream Machines clap . I've had a good few issues getting the thing registered due to paperwork readit problems at TVR but it's now in my possession after 3 weeks of waiting thumbup

My first impressions are that:

1. The new convertible dash is superb. Finishing things off very well.
2. Build and fit is a lot better than my 2 previous Tuscans (04 and X plates)
3. First time I've had an S - the close ratio box is sooooo much nicer
4. I like the small rear wing and the front end finish (took a while to get used to)
5. Sleeved Cans make such a difference to the sound output, popping and banging at the right times.
6. Impressed with the new digital read out display compared to the golden one which I always liked anyway.

Only small issues I've got is the dash screen keeps "resetting" as if I've pressed a button. But it does go back to where it was so not too bad all in.

For anyone that knows me of old, "I just can't stay away" ! biglaugh

stunning car. I had my eye on it myself. Mine targa was registered last autumn and I reckon ours are among the last. The tuscan 2 is a seriously overlooked and underrated car. I went from a Sagaris to my tuscan 2 and I've never looked back. For me the tuscan is a much better road car. Mine is an utter joy to drive and the whole thing feels beautifully sorted. We're in for a great summer!

What's the word on the 3 year warranty?

Fingers crossed Auto Protect will be taking over the 3 year warranties.

As I said "I just can't stay away!"

I looked at the M400 but I decided I'd moved on from the plastic interiors.

Will clean up tonight and post some pics :-)

Had a good drive "up north" this weekend. Car was faultless (500 miles+). Got to say I'm very impressed with the quality and finish compared to previous TVRs I've owned.

I popped round to Bristol Avenue for a nossy and it was sad to see that the TVR flag has been removed from the flag pole and most of the factory branding is gone to.
