Just seen a £12k Tuscan advertised at Fernhurst. Is that price really correct?! If so, does anyone know the car (i.e. history)? It seems to have clocked up a few miles, which in a way is good.....

Sounds about right.

Wot history though? I don't think a dealer would underprice anything knowingly- be very very suspicious.

That is cheap! Fernies often seem to price their cars to sell quick when needed but I would be surprised if it doesn't need considerable work doing on it...

I'm sure a quick phone call to them would say why it's only up for 12K. But yes, if it all checked out apart from the engine, it would be a good buy.

It's a well specced Reflex Charcoal 2001 Tuscan S as well not an early Tuscan on 16"s, no Air con, etc. It's done almost 50K too - that warrants a medal rather than a rock-bottom price.

I enquired about this car..

2nd gear has gone in the box, rear diff whines, scruffy bodywork & no rebuild....

Could still be a good buy to someone with a bit off mechanical nounce though I guess...

Makes you wonder how much they paid for it
