Not sure if this post is allowed but it's more on a geographical rather than "dealer rating" theme. I live in west London and am never in London at the weekends as we are either north or west. I have always had my cars very well looked after in north London but it's such a pain to get up there. Can anyone recomend the best place to take my car for a 12k (it's first) service anywhere between central London and Bristol with in a circa 10 mile window of the M4 or Bicester on the M40?

Try Henley TVR: http://www.henley-tvr.com

I have never had my car serviced there, so cannot comment on quality, but their location seems to perfectly match what you are looking for.

My Tuscan has recently had its 12k service at London TVR and they did a great job, but then you would have to head east on the A40 (they're at King's Cross).

Thanks guys, Top Cats look very good, my only worry is not an official dealer stamp. Does anyone know if this will make a difference long term?

They're known to be good amongst owners. Not every "dealer" can say that. They get work on recommendation not on the name TVR.

Official dealer stamp!?! Who cares if the Indie is well respected you'll get a better service, save money and in some cases make the care worth MORE!

Would using an indie not affect any third-party warranty? ... as I thought they insisted on 'approved' dealers!?

Thanks Brad, that's what I meant by my second post but failed to clarify. My worry is that without proper stamps then any future warranty will either not apply or not be available.
