Silvergriff,

having Nitrons fitted to mine by PPC on 9th June. What are thew settings u are quoting, hard ride, fast road??
I am complete novice at this stuff and would be handy to know this stuff beforehand, as I am looking at best cornering possible, not an issue with harshness of ride.

I just ordered Pro Tech shocks and they advised me 350 front and 300 rear.
Is there some specification?

I had Nitrons fitted at PPC this year. They did a great job. Paul set them pretty hard so it goes round corner a lot better. It's still very drivable though. Can't remember the settings but Paul should probably know.

These are the nitron standard spring rates quated on there web site,so if you wanted to you can go alot harder......Dont do any track days, so 400 front and 325 rear should be very adequate for fast road.Anyway when there fitted(should be this saturday)will set them fully hard then go fron there and have a play......

The pro Tech setting (350F and 300R) is for street use only . Some extra Citroen feeling then?
