6 day old tyres on the rear and guess where I get the puncture? N/S/R, and on the only sunny day of the week and on the way to Snetterton (a little sympathy at this point would be good). Return from Supertyres in Maldon (v.good service) take wheel out of car and stand it up while closeing tailgate and turn round to see it topple over buttered toast side down, picked it up to find several stone chips out of the lacquer- bother I said how jolly inconvenient, wife says why are you getting so upset it's only a wheelrolleyes. Not to worry I thought someone on P/H will be able to tell me what to use to touch up the marks, I hope bad things do only happen in three's.

This happend to me last sunday, only had my car back a few weeks after a full respray and wheel recondition, i was fitting tvr wheel centres instad of the gold ones.
The last wheel i done fell over and scratched on the driveway.
In a temper i threw the wheel brace which in turn bounced up and hit my alpina in the bonnet.

Not a good day. ranting

How bad are the scratches ?
I have just bought a paint repair kit from Aldi in Germany.
I am going to have a go at a self inflicted scratch on my front offside caused
by putting the main bonnet on when on my own.
Its suposed to be good for metalic finish etc.
I am e-mailing results to arj with the egg damage.
