Any solutions to bubbling of the paint

The paint on the splitter below the windscreen has started to bubble due to the heat given off by the manifold. Does anyone have any solutions to protect the paint from this? If i was to put exhaust wrap around the manifold would this cause to much of a heat build up for the exhaust manifold.

I have the same problem but I am waiting to get my car back to do something about it.

I thought about exhaust wrap but to be honest it does not last long and can become a problem with water absorbtion in the very wet and cold periods there after it soon falls apart.

I will be removing the panel and building up the fibre glass on the underside in the area where it is most affected. I will also attach some foil heat reflection material. The problem is the panel is so thin that the heat has nowhere to dissipate. I hope that building up the panel thickness and fitting the foil will help to remove the heat more quickly and hence stop the paint bubbling up.

I thought of using foil. My chimaera had a foil reflector that lined most of the bonnet.
