Bought myself a tuscan today, got it from flyingjase, top chap and very helpful. Pleased with the car, it's quite different to the Griff but sure I'll get used to it.

Good luck with it mate, you'll have lots of fun, I know that much!

I hope those roads dry up soon so you can get out there and see what she's capable of

You've sold my baby on Jas??? Sorry to read about the reasons behind it mate.
What roadkill did you hit then?

Good luck with the car Paul - she's a beauty eh. Took it down to Spain without any problems in 2005. Still miss it to be honest...

The dash to the bank before closing is certainly one I'll never forget.

Afraid so Adrian, fingers crossed sorting the financisl settlement out shortly, so will be back in the land of decent motors again in a few months time (he says hopefully)

Ran over a small deer that was already dead in the road. As there was a car coming the other way I couldn't swerve to avoid. Front splitter damage and a superficial crack on the bonnet.

Paul V will be looking after her though and maybe planning a respray to bring her back to her former glory!

First job will be the new tyres.

Had a slight problem that the pin had fallen out of the roof handle but that was an easy fix.

Here's a couple after a quick clean and polish, didn't go far with the polishing as need to decide if I'm going to paint it now or wait a while and get used to it first, if I just fill in the chips I'll give it a good go with the rotary and see how she comes up.

I did keep schtum for over a year - thats exceptionally good for a welshman who's got something on an englishman!!

I've "split up" down here too. There's a lot of it about at the moment eh.

Good luck anyway Jas. If you're in the area ever let me know.

The car was bought from Flyingjase, the DVLA haven't completed the paperwork yet so I'm driving it on Jason's plate for the time being.

Fitted new tyres today, also had the alignment checked as it was wearing the insides quite badly on the front, not cheap but at least it's done smile
