MOT with De-Cats

I am looking for some help on a couple of matters; firstly is there any chance of a de-catted Tuscan 1 passing the emmissions test for an MOT? Secondly, if not, does anybody know of a dealership/garage who may have spare cats that I could have fitted simply for the test. I am in Surrey but am willing to travel.

Austec are your friends......

They'll sort your MOT for you - if it needs cats to pass they'll fit / remove them.
