Well, it's taken quite a while.......but after all the reasearch, the waiting, the juggling of ££££s, it's happened. I've bought a Tuscan! biggrinbiggrinbiggrin Even better, it was totally unexpected with regards to the one I chose!

I've wanted a Tuscan (Mk1) for years now, and every year I promised myself that this year would be the one. However, something always prevented it from becoming a reality, either my own naivety or my hard-earned cash being required elsewhere. But, a few weeks back, I decided enough was enough, and that the hunt was on.

I planned to make quite a few visits to various places, checking all that caught my eye. But a few hours down in Surrey last weekend changed it all! biggrin Having gone down to cast my eye over a lovely dark blue Tuscan, a few hours wandering around Fernhurst and an up-close inspection and test drive of a Tuscan 2 in the showroom, I was just totally swayed. Couldn't believe it, as I hadn't really liked the last T2 got that close to. But I left there with lustful thoughts for only the Iced Titanium beauty I'd just taken out.

So, after a lot of thinking, Monday evening arrived and the deal was done! I'm a few weeks away from picking up a Tuscan 2 3.6, and the sleepless nights have begun already!!!! biggrinbiggrinbiggrin

Congratulations Mark! After a Tuscan myself, but doubt I could extend the budget to a T2. Must do some overtime!

Cheers for a kind words, folks! thumbupbiggrin

Forthright MC - The colour combo was one of the things that sold it to me! smile Wasn't even looking for a Mk2, but overall visual aspect was one of the major points that swayed me.

biggrin Think it's the pod! It does look like that thingy Spock used to peer down! Works really well though IMO, no contrast problems on mine even in bright sunlight.

Nice motor.

Just out of interest on the dash - is it dark script on a light green background or vice-versa?

Cheers,
Simon.

That will be the upgraded pod. They came out with green text on a black background, and couldn`t read anything with the roof off, or if the sun was out. Was a free upgrade under warranty ( when there was such a thing!)

Is that Iced Titanium? Definately the fastest colour yes I also think that dash layout is so much better than latest version, which was changed i believe when the vert was rolled out.

Enjoy biggrin

Yep, it's Iced Titanium! Had to be titanium....it's that fast other colours would melt under the heat of the air friction. winkbiggrin
