idle speed

hi,

can anyone tell me which adjuster is for the idle as i believe the other is for the throttle bodies set up?

basically i need to raise the revs a bit as they have dropped to 500rpm,any info on how to adjust the thing will be very helpful too.

I was told that you need to balance the throttles first, then adjust the speed, then re-adjust. Not sure how you do that though.
