just got car back from tvr northwich needed a new clutch.
£1,150.00 gulp.
good job its under warrenty.
second tvr i have had and second clutch inside 8 weeks of ownership.
also they fitted new ht leads cost £100.00, What are made from gold!!
still car runs like a dream and seems to have a little more poke.
BEWARE THE CLUTCH

HT leads only cost £55 so must be gold ones, must be fitting charges on top of that then.

When you say TVR Northwich presume you mean C. Neils. very expensive!! Try an independant next time, like Ian @ Torque RVT in Middlewich, much cheaper and he used to work for CN. Also Automeddon in Poulton, ex factory guys.

I now dont bother about the cost as it seams to be normal every day thing, nearly. Im now on my 5 clutch in 21000miles oops rolleyes Great funsmash Saying that my friend is on his 3rd on his GT3RS. Must be the Scottish weather.

my original clutch was still fine after 24000 miles so cant be the scottish weather! smile

having it changed now anyway as i dont expect it to last much longer!
