Buyer inspection?

I know there's a few independant inspection guys around but are there any TVR dealers who will do an inspection as I have found a car that i'm interested in. If so any idea on pricing and what checks they'll carrt out?

Any other advice more than welcome.

Id have thought that a main dealer wouldnt provide this service, as they would surely want to sell you one of their own 'vetted' cars.

I understand Rob Ingleby would be your best bet. Does a nationwide service too. Ive not used his services personally, but have heard of many who have. His number is 07799 142860, and usually has an ad in sprint mag.

I would suggest a search of the forum for experience of this service and others for comparison as this topic crops up frequently. Please also consider the 'naming and shaming' policy on PH will ensure you will only be able to read positive comments. You may find PMing users of such services gives a more balanced view.
