2000 Tuscan Oil Filter

Anyone know what part no/type the oil filter on a straight 6 is?
I need an oil change but don't need the hike to a dealer. I know a real old fashioned mech who has offered to do it form if I get the bits.
Also can anyone recommend the best oil to use these days

I'm stuck on what oil to use as everyone has a different opionion. TVR Power use 10w40 semi synthetic and belive this is better for road use and engine protection so think i'll go with it. Best of luck.
