Just before I take the plunge an launch my self into the TVR world, i had a quite a concerning thought.....will i get it onto my street?? I have a change in pitch at the beginning of my road (see photo's) Serious risk of grounding out every time i come home does not fill me with joy.

I don’t suppose anyone who lives locally to me with a Tuscan Mk1 would like to help me out....(there’s a pint in it for you)

I live in Shibden, Halifax, West Yorkshire.

Any help would be gratefully received........tumbleweed

thank for reply, the only reason I worry is that the Lotus I used to ground out if I had a passenger in and reading specs of both Tuscan and Elise the Tuscan has 60mm Less ground clearance.

OK,I had a recent problem where my Tuscan was catching on car park trap grid that my mates Elise didnt.
But this was betweeb the wheel base. The Tuscan nose and rear end sweep up a little. Was it the front end of your Lotus that was catching ?
Philmcw hopefully will not have that problem.

Yes it was the front of my car that grounded out.... it was a real pain in the ass.

unless those photos dont show how steep it really is, that would not bother me in my Tuscan. You should see the speed humps in my london street, Tuscan just makes it over, you practically "need" a 4x4 ! cheers Ken you prick.

The photos don't really do it justice, the wife's vaxhall tigra will ground out if you are travelling at more than 4mph

stll would not bother me, my Tuscan has scraped a few speed bumps, but on modern looking street like that looks, it's never had an issue

I'd drive over that, no bother. Take it slow.
