Headlight Popped Out !!!

Advice required please gents,
I was washing my MK1 Tuscan 2001 on Sunday, when all of a sudden the
headlight directly below the indicator popped into the wing when washing it.
I wasnt over vigerous in washing it. Any ideas / remendys of refixing. There looks
like an epoxy resin that holds it in, but no other means of attachment that i can
see. As always thanks for you anticipated help chaps!!
