Tuscan entry level - £?

Been away from TVR ownership for almost a year now. Trouble is, my soul is still TVR connected.

So, a Tuscan. How much for a decent one? Looking through the classifieds, there seem to be some really cheap ones around - but I know 'you get what you pay for'.

I've been looking at TVR's for ages, was going to be getting a cerb but in about 10 minutes, i'm signing for a x-plate Tuscan. Paying £15,995 for it, 17,000 miles, full service history and had a rebuild. Only bad thing is it hasn't had the clutch done but hey, can't have everything in life!

Sometimes you can get a lot more than you paid though, I'm very happy with my Tuscan, ok had the clutch go wrong and a few problems with misfires etc but on the whole been a great car and wasn't that expensive when you consider it was an S as well.

My one is up for 16,250, and that's a very well sorted car, proble is we don't want to sell it now

Yeah but a year ago the prices crash due to the factory issues, prices have since picked up and I can honestly say I'd be expecting a lot more than £1k more than I paid for mine, but have done a lot of tidying.

DC53's old man's car is a lovely clean looking example, for the money I think it's a great buy, even if it's not as loud as mine
