How often do you get EFI fault display on the LCD screen

Hi all,
Just wondered how often you get the EFI fault appearing? At the moment I receive it every 5-6 weeks ...
When I check the diags from the TVR software everything is showing as normal. When it first happened it went to the tvr dealer and they said that the lambda sensor was faulty.

seem to go through phases of nothing for months then a few in a day.
These days I dont tend to worry about it at all.

Every time on start up mine shows code D, soon as engine is running press re-set and it goes untill the next start up??? Runs fine though so never bothered me!
