I know everyone is getting fed up of seeing my endless questions about TVRs but nobody seems to give me the answers!

I have been looking up Tuscan and have got more confused the more I see.

How many derivatives are there? How many of each were made? When were they made?

This is what I know, or think I know.

Tuscan 1999 -
Tuscan Speed 6
Tuscan Red Rose
Tuscan S
Tuscan 2
Tuscan 2 S
Tuscan 2 Convertible 2005 - 2006 55
Tuscan 2 Convertible S 2005 - 2006 50

PLEASE help!

Cheers, Pete.

I think it goes something like this:

there were 4.0 tuscans (1999-2001?)
then there was a redrose upgrade (2000/01), (many had this done afterwards)

then the std tuscan became 3.6 & the redrose became the 4.0 s (2001-2005??)

then the mkII was launched 2005 -2007 as a 3.6 and 4.0s with a convertable following, and during that time the interior was changed.

but none of this matters as each car that left the factory is different and many have had parts replace / up graded like dampers. they are all plenty quick enough and most dont make the clamed bhp figures. BUY ON CONDITION not on age/engine size/spoilers, cos once you have a good car all the rest can be changed.

hope this helps

cheers custard. it is still pretty confusing. I find it very frustrating how TVR production figures seem so elusive!
