Can oil filter be changed from under the car?

Can you change the oil filter on a tuscan from under the car with out removing the bonnet and air filter box?

if you remove the large hose to the airbox you can change the filter quite easily

Thanks for that, much easier than getting the bonnet and air filter box off.

forgot to say you have to remove the flat plate to get to the the air hose.
