TVR tool kit??

Can anybody tell me what the six inch bar with the u - shape end is for, as supplied in the Tuscan tool kit. There is no mention of it tin the handbook and I can't see any obvious use for it.

Can someone tell me if I should have got a toolkit in my new Tuscan S, or do you have to purchase it?

I use it to release the bonnet catch on the tuscan. Its perfect.
I believe it is the wrench for wheel nuts though.

My first Tuscan came with it, but when I took delivery of my new S there wasn't one in the boot, so the dealer took one from another car for me.

Who's a lucky boy - I got two with mine! And no I haven't had to use either of them!

It fits on the end of the box spanner which is used to remove the 4 No nuts that hold the bonnet on.At least thats what i use it for

Thanks Lee02. Unfortunately mine does not fit. It's too small to go on the box spanner. Guess I got a duff one!

No lady Tuscan owners on here yet!! what with six inch,u -shape end and tool kit, makes my eyes water!

The tool kit is still supplied, TVR stores will tell you it should be with the car, my dealer has 6 on back order.
