Hi

Can anyone help me? Being a new TVR owner I have only recently been informed of the importance of protecting the rear screen when stowing, thus I require a rear screen protective bag either new or good secondhand condition. If anyone has a spare bag or knows where I can get one I would be grateful. I have done an Internet trawl but so far without any success. Cheers.

I had the same problem. There was one on ebay about two months ago that went for about £ 60.00. However with a bit of leather/plastic material, bought off of Ebay, some velcro and my wife using the sewing machine we managed to knock one up in about 45 mins. Total cost £ 12.00.

Thanks all,

I've tried Ebay - no luck. Couldn't find any links to Multiparts. Racing Green used to sell factory bags but no more. I've got three hopes of my wife getting the sewing machine out! So I will call a breakers and keep my eyes open.

Socks,

I can't remember if my cover was just standard vinyl or whether it had a fleece liner inside.

If you can get me some sizes I can get something sorted for you at work. Would you be happy with a soft fabric cover instead of vinyl because I have plenty of spare fabric.
Let me know.

There's a quid to be made here I reckon. Some reasonably heavy vinyl or fabric and a fleece lining. This time next year Rodders we'll be miyyionaires.
