Ha ha, the engine is so powerful, the speedo is recording the effect on the earth's rotation.

I knew it wouldn't take long for someone to spot the mysterious wandering speedo needle! Didn't expect it to be the first reply though! Well done top of the class! (It's a good job the Digital one's a bit more accurate)

Hi Ben, It's a 2002 model with Very light grey leather (portland maybe?) with purple seat cushions and dash, the carpets are a light purple which aren't really to my taste and are getting a bit marked in the usual places. I'm considering getting them re-done by KRJ Trimmers at some point, I've used them for one of my Chimaeras in the past and they did a fantastic job.

Superb pics.

On the interior front, I am currently getting my entire 2003 Mk 1 redone by A&R Pound. It too has Portland Grey vinyl interior which I am retaining as it is good condition. However, the Stratus Blue carpets from 2003 have faded badly and had excess glue issues aplenty (from new!!). Car has been in for 2 days now, should be largely stripped out by now, and collection is due on Saturday. Fingers crossed for some positive results!

Thanks for the compliment, I might just take you up on that offer. Professional photography, specifically automotive is something I'd love to do so I'm building up a portfolio at the moment, the wonderful people of PH such as Rhys are helping out big time. I'm slowly getting there:
